Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final once production has begun.
No Returns on Custom Prints
Printed items are made to order using customer-approved artwork. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Errors in customer-provided artwork or content
- Color variations within industry-standard tolerances
- Incorrect sizes or quantities approved at checkout
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a printing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a reprint or refund, at our discretion.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. Approval confirms that all text, layout, colors, and details are correct.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
